Since opening Bouvier Massage in 1996 my mission has always been focused on one thing- helping people feel better fast! It has truly been my pleasure to have helped thousands of people with muscular pain get lasting relief, often in 1 - 3 sessions.
I graduated from The Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 1993 as a Neuromuscular & Trigger Point therapist. For over 30 years I have specialized in helping people in pain get relief using proven techniques to treat myofascial pain & dysfunction.
I provide a unique combination of skills to get you the best results every time. I am full body certified in Active Release Techniques (ART) which Tom Brady credits in his book for his fast recovery from injuries. I am also certified in ACE Medicupping which quickly & effectively breaks up areas of scar tissue & adhesions that may cause chronic pain and limited mobility.

About Pam Bouvier
In 1993 I graduated as a Neuromuscular Therapist from a 1,150 hour program at the Colorado Institute of Massage. This was an intense year long study with a heavy focus on Trigger Point Therapy and techniques to treat myofascial pain & dysfunction. Since then it has been my pleasure to have helped thousands of people with muscular pain get relief , often in 1-3 sessions.
I became Nationally Certified as a massage therapist in 1997 and began my practice on Cape Cod specializing in pain relief. In 2018 I became Full Body Certified in Active Release Techniques or (ART) which Tom Brady credits in his book for his quick recovery from injuries.
Since 2015 I have included ACE Medicupping to optimize pain relief results. This type of cupping is not painful at all and is extremely effective in increasing circulation, releasing scar tissue & breaking up adhesions. This type of cupping does NOT usually leave bruise marks as the cups are constantly moving through the tissues instead of stuck onto one area for an extended time. Moving the cups through the tissues helps to quickly break up adhesions to restore restricted movement, decrease pain, and flush toxins from the area that may be perpetuating the cycle of spasm and pain.
I also offer Prenatal massage, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Relaxation Massages & Craniosacral Therapy.
In 2020 I returned to Colorado for educational opportunities and to enjoy the mountains and hot springs during the pandemic. I returned to Cape Cod in 2023 and now offer appointments in clients homes as well as at my West Harwich office.
